Horn answered the phone immediately with a water heater leak issue I was having later on a Friday night. I got a call from the tech who would do the work and the owner of the company within minutes making sure I had the assistance I needed and they offered to come out that evening if I couldn't get the water drained from the tank on my own. By 10 the following morning they had installed my new one and fixed all the gas lines that were previously incorrectly installed. Awesome service!

Just had my hot water heater replaced by Norm and Scott. Called first thing in the morning for same day service and they were here a couple hours later installing it, in the middle of a snow storm no less. The initial invoice over was very transparent and accurate to the point of installation (i.e. no hidden costs or fees). The entire experience was very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone.

My wife and I have been customers of Horn Plumbing for many years. Living in our house for over 29 years, we have had a number of projects come up. Some remodeling and some of them emergency situations. We have all of our air conditioning, plumbing and heating in their hands. This company continues to exceed my expectations year after year. The response time, quality of the work, the employees, and the ownership are second to none! Horn Plumbing and Heating Inc. Is by far one of the best companies around.

From a wet basement a few hours ago to a new hot water heater by 4 today, excellent from start to finish. Bill and Dave are the best. Horn is awesome.

Hi Scott, I just wanted you to know about a great experience I had with your company the other day. We just moved from Montgomery County to Unionville. I needed to have a garbage disposal replaced. I knew it was a small job, and there was no severe time pressure. I called a couple plumbers that I found through Google- neither of them called me back. I've worked in Chester County for 25 years, and I remembered seeing your trucks and vans all over the place. I called, and the very friendly receptionist took my information and the service needed and said that she would have Bruce call me right back. All his servicemen were on other jobs at the moment. I told him that it could wait until the next day, but he was determined to help me that day. He called me and my wife several more times with updates. Finally, he called and said that a serviceman was coming available, and that he would be there between 3 and 4. George, the serviceman, was right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. He made quick work of the disposal replacement, and was also able to repair an upstairs bathroom faucet. You probably hear from most people only if something goes wrong; I wanted to let you know that you have a great team, and that I now have a new plumber! Thanks.

Marion, Thanks for sending Chris out yesterday to take care of the problem at Kennett Village. I wanted to let you know that the homeowner called me and let me know how courteous, friendly and knowledgable that Chris was. He was so extremely pleased and even though he always used “X” company, he will be calling Horn from now on. So please pass the kudos along!

Hello. I wanted to write to thank you for sending Mike (and Nick) to my home two weeks ago to address a few plumbing issues I was having. Mike is quite the professional. His knowledge, patience and persistence resolved all of my plumbing problems. Kudos to Nick for having the right washers on his truck and assisting Mike on tightening the kitchen faucet. I've been a customer with you for 2-3 years now. Introduced through my contractor, Stuart DeAlba. You have done a number of small and big (split duct A/C in my basement, hi-tech thermostats) work for me — all good! Besides being a very satisfied customer, I wanted to say that all your employees are always great, professional, personable and a pleasure to have in our home. But in particular, I wanted to point out the exemplary work of one of your really great employees, George (not sure his last name). He has been here a number of times, just yesterday to help me with a leaky shut off valve and defective dishwasher. (I called your office in the morning and he arrived in the early afternoon!) George is always prompt, friendly and most important very skillful in the 'art/science of plumbing.' I'm always left with a high degree of confidence in the work he does and that my home is better for it! Karen, I wanted to thank you and Mr. Horn for sending out Anthony to recheck the heat pump and humidifier. He was very thorough and clear in his explanation, and he also repaired the condensate pump line, which was completely clogged. It is apparent that the yearly check did not examine the condensate pump and did not restart the humidifier. Thanks again,

I recently had a hot water heater installed by your team (Rob, Dan and Robert). I just wanted to express my thanks to them for the outstanding service and professionalism they displayed during the installation. They were on time, courteous, thoughtful about my home and very knowledgeable - not to mention extremely efficient. I know what a consumer should expect from service professionals, but I can tell you that this is not often the case. These guys were top notch, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to let you know we love our new heating system and are extremely happy with the installation. I also want you to know that Rich did an amazing job on our ceiling repair. He came back a number of times just to make sure we were 100% satisfied with his work.

Hi Todd: Just a note to say how much we appreciated your quick response to our emergency yesterday. And, I want to say also that Nick was very diligent in his search for our problem. This morning on the follow up visit, he and Anthony did find a clogged vent and cleared it so we will see if that solves it. I expect that we may need you back here again as we will have a punch list developed by the new buyers, or we may have to try other measures to find the source of the smell.
