Thank you to George and everyone at Horn Plumbing for getting the bad odor out of my home which I have had for 13 years! I cannot praise Horn Plumbing enough!

Just sending a note to say thank you to Betty for getting me hooked up with a technician right away to get our heater fixed. Also a thank you to the technicians who came out (took a couple efforts to fix, but it's fixed and working great). We are vey happy (as usual) with the service and staff at Horn.

Hi Scott, I just wanted you to know about a great experience I had with your company the other day. We just moved from Montgomery County to Unionville. I needed to have a garbage disposal replaced. I knew it was a small job, and there was no severe time pressure. I called a couple plumbers that I found through Google- neither of them called me back. I've worked in Chester County for 25 years, and I remembered seeing your trucks and vans all over the place. I called, and the very friendly receptionist took my information and the service needed and said that she would have Bruce call me right back. All his servicemen were on other jobs at the moment. I told him that it could wait until the next day, but he was determined to help me that day. He called me and my wife several more times with updates. Finally, he called and said that a serviceman was coming available, and that he would be there between 3 and 4. George, the serviceman, was right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. He made quick work of the disposal replacement, and was also able to repair an upstairs bathroom faucet. You probably hear from most people only if something goes wrong; I wanted to let you know that you have a great team, and that I now have a new plumber! Thanks.
